WHERE CAN I GET TICKETS?
You can go to Ticket Master and purchase them online.

You can also buy tickets the day of the event at the Jacksonville Memorial Arena.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE VIP AND GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS?
VIP starts at 6pm and General Admission starts at 7pm. VIP guests will be able to sample high-end and specialty beers not available to General Admission. Also this year VIP guests will have access to the VIP lounge areas.

CAN I UPGRADE MY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS TO VIP TICKETS?
NO, we are not allowing upgrades with tickets this year. If you bought a General Admission ticket and want a VIP ticket, you need to call us at 232-3001 to set up an appointment to come to our office to change your ticket. All sales are final after 5/1/12 and no changes will be accepted.

WHERE CAN YOU PARK?
Parking will be available in the parking decks to the north and south of the arena, as well as parking in the stadium parking lot near the Baseball Grounds and Everbank Field.

WILL THERE BE ANY OTHER BEVERAGES BESIDES BEER AT THE EVENT?
Yes. Soda and water will be available. No wine or liquor.

HOW OLD MUST YOU BE TO ENTER THE BEER FESTIVAL?
21 years old or older. No exceptions.

DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BEER OR FOOD?
No. The purchase of the ticket allows you to sample as much food and beer as available.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AT THE EVENT?
Yes, there will be food to sample from several of the restaurant sponsors at the event. One of the concession stands will be open as well to purchase additional items.

WILL BEER BE SOLD AT THE EVENT OR PACKAGED BEER TO BE PURCHASED AFTERWARDS?
No. Only beer to sample.

IS THERE A SPECIALTY TICKET OR A LOWER COST TICKET FOR SOBER/DESIGNATED DRIVERS?
No. The ticket is to get you into the event whether or not a participant chooses to drink the beer at the festival.

CAN YOU USE A CREDIT CARD TO PURCHASE TICKETS?
Yes. You may use a credit card to purchase tickets online or the day of the event.

WILL THERE BE ATM'S TO GET CASH?
Yes, near the Arena, there are ATM's by the baseball grounds, as well as inside the Arena.

WILL THERE BE ACCESS TO CABS OR ALTERNATIVE SAFE RIDES HOME?
Yes. We are working with all major cab companies as well as Safe Driver Programs to provide several different options to get home safe.

CAN I LEAVE TICKETS AT WILL CALL?
Yes. For this event if you purchase your tickets through Ticket Master, you may pick them up ahead of time at the ticket windows at the Arena.
